KIPP Miami is seeking Teacher Aides to support students in grades 3–8, primarily in middle school classrooms. As part of our school teams, you will assist with classroom logistics, family communications, and instructional support to help teachers focus on student achievement.

Our Teacher Aides are members of our school teams which support our instructional teammates by assisting both inside and outside of the classroom at key points throughout the school day and support with administrative tasks and special event set up so that our teachers can focus on supporting our students to achieve at the highest levels.
