Job summary

KIPP Miami is seeking Teacher Aides to support students in grades 3–8, primarily in middle school classrooms. As part of our school teams, you will assist with classroom logistics, family communications, and instructional support to help teachers focus on student achievement.

Responsibilities include attendance and grading assistance, materials prep, organizational tasks, and supporting events. A passion for working with children and strong communication are essential; Spanish and/or Creole

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Possess a passionate and loving attitude toward all children.

• Superb customer service skills and love and support for families and children.

Responsibilities

• Logistics and operational support including attendance, grading support, bulletin boards, copies and lesson material prep.
• Tier 1 tech support and inventory management.
• Support with maintenance of shared spaces and event logistics.
• Classroom organization and supply management; creation of family communications and flyers.
• Assist with classroom management and differentiated instruction planning.
• Support during school-wide blocks and meals; portfolio management.
