Bambini Montessori Academy seeks a Part-Time Teacher Aide for Gambrills, Maryland. This role supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children, with duties including assisting activities, supervising children, and organizing materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work with young children as part of a team.

The Teacher Aide plays an important role in supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
• Supporting teachers with daily classroom needs and transitions

The Teacher Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
