Challenger School seeks enthusiastic Teacher's Aides for our California campuses. You will run before/after school programs, supervise lunch periods, help with homework, and assist with arrival/departure.

Some sites offer specialized after-school roles such as chess or foreign language support. This is a full-time, in-person role across our Bay Area locations, with opportunities across eight campuses in the region.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of pre-employment assessments.

Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to be Teacher's Aides at our California campuses. As a Teacher's Aide, you will run a combination of before and after school programs and lunch periods. Depending on the shifts worked, this position can include supervising students on the playground, helping with homework, doing arts and crafts, and assisting with arrival and departure. Occasionally there are specialized after school positions available, such as chess or foreign language instructors. This is a full-time, in person position.
