Job summary

Joyoflearningcenter in Florida is hiring passionate teachers for a part-time role Monday through Friday. Our play-based curriculum inspires lifelong learners, with nurturing staff and in-house training to support growth.

As a Teacher, you will plan age-appropriate activities, prepare children for kindergarten, and assist with daily care. You will communicate with parents through our Classroom Management System and contribute to a supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• DCF Hours knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare children for kindergarten using the provided curriculum.
• Assists in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
• Maintain open communication with parents using the Classroom Management System.

What you bring as a Team Member:

All Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children with the oversight of a senior team member. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 Hour based on Region, education and experience
