TDR (Team Dining Room) Blends Barista-PT

HOURLY/SALARY
$17.50 PER HOUR

Overview

The TDR Barista ensures courteous, prompt and knowledgeable service of food and beverage to ensure total satisfaction of internal guest experience. This position is also responsible for keeping the TDR Blends display’s, counters and work areas clean and stocked with supplies.

FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all rules, policies and regulations as stated in the Pechanga Team Member Handbook while striving to improve standards of operation.
• Ensure that the standard operating procedures for Food & Beverage are followed.
• Work as a team player and assists coworkers in achieving goals of the outlet; willing to cross train and assist TDR, when needed.
• Display knowledge of the food and beverage menu and pricing for TDR Blends.
• Responsible for taking internal guest orders, placing them in Micros (POS) and collecting payment.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures, maintain the cash drawer and follow appropriate closing cash handling policies and procedures.
• Assist internal guests in a friendly and professional manner while meeting or exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain appropriate stock of condiments and supplies.
• Sweep and mop floors and empty trash as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

ACCOUNTABILITY: The TDR Blends Baristas do not have supervisory responsibilities.
