Infor in Temecula is seeking a TDR Barista to ensure excellent service and maintain cleanliness in the food and beverage area. This role involves taking orders, cash handling, and assisting guests while providing an exceptional experience.

The TDR Barista ensures courteous, prompt and knowledgeable service of food and beverage to ensure total satisfaction of internal guest experience. This position is also responsible for keeping the TDR Blends displays, counters and work areas clean and stocked with supplies.
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino.
The TDR Blends Baristas do not have supervisory responsibilities.
A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two years Fast Food experience is required to successfully perform this job.
This position requires the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. This position also requires the ability to write simple correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other Team Members of the organization.
This position requires the ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. This position also requires the ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. This position also requires the ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
