The TDR Barista at Pechanga Resort and Casino delivers courteous, prompt service of food and beverage to ensure total guest satisfaction. You will keep TDR Blends displays, counters and work areas clean and stocked with supplies.
Responsibilities include following SOPs for Food & Beverage, taking internal guest orders in Micros, processing payments, maintaining cash drawer, and assisting teammates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while upholding Four Diamond service standards.
The TDR Barista ensures courteous, prompt and knowledgeable service of food and beverage to ensure total satisfaction of internal guest experience. This position is also responsible for keeping the TDR Blends display’s, counters and work areas clean and stocked with supplies.
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Customer Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort and Casino.
ACCOUNTABILITY: The TDR Blends Baristas do not have supervisory responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two years Fast Food experience is required to successfully perform this job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position requires the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. This position also requires the ability to write simple correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position requires the ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. This position also requires the ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. This position also requires the ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
