Job summary

The TDR Barista at Pechanga Resort and Casino delivers courteous, prompt service of food and beverage to ensure total guest satisfaction. You will keep TDR Blends displays, counters and work areas clean and stocked with supplies.

Responsibilities include following SOPs for Food & Beverage, taking internal guest orders in Micros, processing payments, maintaining cash drawer, and assisting teammates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while upholding Four Diamond service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least two years fast food experience.
• Ability to read/write basic English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies and improve operation standards.
• Follow SOPs for Food & Beverage.
• Take internal guest orders, ring in Micros and collect payment.
• Maintain cash drawer and closing cash handling procedures.
• Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain stock of condiments and supplies.
