Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking team members for Food and Beverage service at our Oklahoma location. You will know menu items, assist guests, and process cash transactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and performing side work. You will participate in mandatory meetings and follow safety policies while delivering warm hospitality to every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of cash handling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to initiate and engage guests in a professional manner.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Is knowledgeable of all menu items – makes suggestions and answers questions.

• Processes cash transactions by accepting money and making necessarychange, while presenting a receipt to the customer.
• Cleans register and restaurant areas, including counter tops, sinks, display shelves, tables, storageareasand lounge areas at assigned station.
• Performs all side work and stocking / organizes of supplies at assigned station.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory,departmentaland company policies.
• Fostersafework environment by following safety guidelines.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Complete any other task assigned by management.
• Works a reasonable amount of overtime whenrequired.
• All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy. It is the expectation that every team member, front or back of house, should proactively seek out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily. EGE policy states teams members should: acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet; initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet; keep your head up, look around (“head on a swivel”); look for opportunities to greet guests and others; please remember that when you are on the floor, you are “on stage”.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Must be able to work inside and maneuver throughout assigned station duringentireshift.
• Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds and bend, pull and carry stock to refrigerator and cabinets.
• Must be able to use hand motion when cleaning and wiping counters.
• Mustpossessthe manual dexterity to complete required “side work”.
• Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be ableto tolerateareascontainingsecond handsmoke, high noise levels, brightlightsand dust.
• Must be able to work variable hours/days including nights,weekendsand holidays

What You Will Need
