Job summary

RTX in Tucson seeks a Principal Specialist - TDP Workflow Manager to oversee delivery and release of Technical Data Packages on onsite duties. You will coordinate with IPTLs, engineers, and CM/cPDM teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and smooth program execution.

You will monitor progress, drive end-to-end delivery, and present data to leadership. A CAM track may follow; security clearance is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technical Data Package (TDP) delivery/release for programs and projects.
• Coordinate with IPTL, engineers, drafting, CCB and cPDM teams.
• Monitor TDP status daily across the release cycle and report progress.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations on drawing release dates.
• Guide owners on uploading documentation in cPDM for release readiness.
• Create release media for IRs, CNs, and variances as needed.
• Monitor documentation quality, schedule, and status for customers.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery and brief leadership with data visuals.
• Pursue CAM certification when eligible.
