Harris Geospatial Solutions is seeking a Manager, Field Engineering to lead the Tactical Data Links Field Service Engineering team in Carlsbad, CA. This role includes planning and executing responsibilities for Link 16 products, leading a geographically dispersed team, and providing onsite integration support and customer training. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in Link 16 systems. The position offers a salary range of $105,500-$196,500 and a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the TDL FSE team for onsite integration support.
• Responsible for execution of TDL product demonstrations.
• Coordinates the execution of customer training for TDL products.
