Qualifications

• Candidates with a valid out-of-state teaching license may be considered, subject to Maryland licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialized instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Collaborating with teachers, families, related service providers, and other members of the educational team.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies as appropriate.
• Traveling between school locations as needed based on assignment requirements.
• Maintaining required documentation and student records.
