Nxt Legaci Gaming, located in Times Square, is seeking a Full-Time Events Coordinator to develop and execute community events, in-store programming, and Legaci Expo activations. You will partner with departments to drive engagement, traffic, and growth while managing schedules and vendor coordination.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a flair for creativity, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support large events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event coordination, community management, hospitality, entertainment, marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers, guests, vendors, and community partners.
• Ability to manage multiple events, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a calendar of weekly, monthly, and seasonal community events.
• Create engaging experiences such as trade nights, pack battles, collector meetups, workshops, creator events, themed celebrations, and product launch activations.
• Identify new event concepts appealing to collectors and gamers.
• Build programming to encourage repeat attendance and store traffic.
• Plan events around major TCG releases, holidays, and milestones.
• Maintain an event calendar 30+ days in advance and obtain management approval.
• Assist in planning and executing Legaci Expo events with vendors and guests.
• Coordinate with departments for staffing, logistics, and promotion.
• Develop relationships with local creators and partners for collaborations.
