You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and labor costs, resolve guest concerns, implement promotions and menu initiatives, and create a welcoming environment that builds guest loyalty and satisfaction.
The successful candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, team development skills, and a commitment to excellence. You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high operational standards, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience and a proven ability to lead teams, achieve financial objectives, and deliver exceptional customer service. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent industry experience may be considered.
