Job summary

Jhpiego is seeking a Program and Data Coordinator – TB Tobacco to lead data collection, validation, and reporting for the Integrated TB–Tobacco program. You will develop dashboards and analytical reports, monitor performance, and ensure timely, compliant data submissions from district teams.

The role requires strong MS Excel and Power BI skills, plus the ability to coordinate with government counterparts and field staff. Travel within states is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 0–2 years public health program experience.
• Experience coordinating with state/district teams and reporting to donors is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards and analyze program data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, validation, and reporting for TB tobacco screening and referral activities.
• Create dashboards and scorecards to monitor performance and inform leadership.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely data submission and data quality.
• Prepare donor and programmatic reports with clear data interpretation.
• Support planning, review meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with donor requirements.
