Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. is seeking a Program Officer to lead TB Household Contact Management project activities across a cluster of districts.

You will supervise trainings, coordinate with national and district health teams, and ensure alignment with program priorities and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive public health program experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and readiness to travel within the state.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate degree in Social work, public health or Business administration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in public health projects and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation & optimization across districts, driving TB/TPT targets.
• Oversee district-level trainings, stakeholder engagement and coordination.
• Monitor progress, reviews and field supervision with District Leads to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with NTEP, NHM, PPSA and district administration for timely delivery.
• Develop district work plans, ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Represent the project in state and national forums and deliver high-quality reports.
