Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Health or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible TB/global health experience.
• Experience managing large multi-country health portfolios, including multi-partner initiatives.
• Experience preparing and submitting Congressional reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead global technical engagement and provide high-level technical support to countries for design, implementation, and scale-up of TB innovative approaches.
• Program and Award Management: Oversee the selection, rollout, and monitoring of biomedical innovations, ensuring compliance with donor and U.S. government requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Design new program instruments, performance metrics, and milestone-based management systems.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare Congressional reports, briefings, and other required documentation on time and accurately.
• Capacity Building: Develop and disseminate technical guidance, tools, and training materials for country and partner capacity in biomedical innovation and award management.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor program performance and adapt strategies to address challenges.
