Job summary

Maricopa County Public Health is seeking a Registered Nurse TB Case Manager to oversee care for patients with active TB or latent TB infection. You will manage day-to-day case activities, ensure observation therapy, and coordinate with field teams to maintain treatment plans.

The role emphasizes education, documentation, and adherence support in a community setting. We offer continuous training, tuition reimbursement, and a state retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Two years of RN experience in community/public health, acute pulmonary, or infectious disease settings.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid, unrestricted Arizona RN license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case management of patients treated for active/latent TB.
• Oversee DOT, DOPT, and medication administration and treatment completion.
• Document medical records and complete required TB control forms.
• Educate patients and families about disease, treatment plans, and adherence.
• Collect labs and oversee lab results related to TB care.
• Coordinate with field teams and update care plans as needed.
