Job summary
Maricopa County Department of Public Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner Lead to provide direct patient care and clinical oversight for TB, STI, and Refugee Health programs. You will mentor advanced practice providers, lead quality improvement, and help shape public health strategy in a county-wide setting.

Qualifications
- Five years of clinical experience in infectious diseases, specifically STIs, TB & HIV.
- One year of experience supervising, leading, or coordinating clinical staff or providers.
- Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in program development, quality improvement, or public health outreach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced, evidence-based clinical care to patients at elevated risk for STIs, TB & HIV.
- Provide patient-centered health education and counseling promoting adherence to treatment regimens and preventive health measures.
- Provide clinical leadership by fostering evidence-based practice and mentoring advanced practice providers.
