Marion County Public Health Department seeks a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive TB and infectious disease services to vulnerable populations, including refugees and immigrants. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, coordinate care, and provide home visits and clinic services with travel within Marion County.

The role requires an Indiana RN license, a BSN, and several years in public health or TB care, with data reporting and client education as core duties.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with epidemiology or related courses.
• 3 years of professional nursing experience, public health setting preferred.
• Experience with refugees/immigrants and data/report generation.

Mansioni

• Assess TB services and needs in the community.
• Provide care coordination, referrals, and follow-up for TB clients.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, administer injections and vaccinations as ordered.
• Manage LTBI/active TB cases and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Travel within the county for home visits and clinic coverage.
