Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in health or human services providing advocacy and navigation.
• Ability to use computer systems for routine functions.
• CPR, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient participants to the Center.
• Help participants access amenities according to established policies.
• Perform safety and wellness checks inside and outside the Center.
