Job summary

Aspiranet’s Transition Age Youth services team in Visalia, CA is seeking a Core Program Director II to oversee operational, administrative, and program oversight for local Transition Age Youth services including supportive housing programs.

The role focuses on leading a client-centered, trauma-informed program aligned with best practice standards, guiding youth ages 14-25 toward successful housing, employment, and education outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work or a related field.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework experience in family or child welfare services.
• Prior supervisorial and/or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the program to meet operational, contractual, budgetary, Joint Commission, safety, practice, and policy standards.
• Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and develop direct reports per agency guidelines.
• Oversee Best Practice and Quality Assurance efforts and collaborate with other program leaders to support shared functions.
