Job summary

Aspiranet in California is seeking a TAY Program Director II (Finance) to lead the Transition Age Youth services, including housing, education and wellness supports, with an emphasis on trauma-informed, client-centered practices. You will oversee operations, administration and program oversight for local services, ensuring compliance, strong teamwork and effective resource management.

Ideal candidate has a master’s in social work and prior supervision experience, with a commitment to excellence

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field approved by licensing body.
• Three years full-time social work or casework in child welfare settings.
• Prior supervisorial/management experience.
• Meets state requirements: Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program to meet operational, budget, safety and policy standards.
• Recruit, hire, orient, train and supervise staff.
• Oversee Best Practice and Quality Assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with other Aspiranet leaders on shared functions.

Education

Master's Degree in Social Work

Three years of social work/casework experience
