Job summary

Aspiranet's Redlands office seeks a TAY Case Manager/Life Youth Coach to provide case management and supportive housing services for up to 12 young adults in our transitional aged youth programs. You will work on a multidisciplinary team to empower youth ages 18–25 transitioning from foster care, assisting with housing, employment, education, wellness, and planning for independent living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2 years experience with children or transition age youth.
• Knowledge of foster care and transition planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage Youth and support team to develop and implement service plans.
• Provide weekly case contact and assess program compliance and progress.
• Conduct assessments and referrals with safety planning and follow-up.
