Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Housing Specialist in Redlands, CA to coordinate housing for Transition Age Youth (TAY). The role focuses on securing safe placements, managing housing logistics, and ensuring compliant, stable living environments as youth move toward independence.

You will work closely with landlords, maintain documentation, and support financial tracking while upholding HIPAA and agency standards. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/administration related field preferred; two years of relevant office experience with financial transactions, petty cash, fund disbursement, and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, secure, and maintain safe housing options for participants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and vendors.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes, lease education, utilities, and inspections.
• Track unit vacancies and lease renewals to ensure timely occupancy.
• Support rent payments, housing-related financial tracking, stipends, and cost-sharing processes.
• Educate participants on apartment care and shared living expectations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and unit readiness.
• Maintain HIPAA, licensing and agency-compliance documentation.
