Aspiranet is seeking a Program Director for the Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program in Visalia, CA. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Associate Division Director and oversees administrative and programmatic operations with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring contract and funding compliance, and leading data-driven improvements while supporting housing, employment, education, wellness, and other needs of youth aged 18–25 as they

Competenze

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related counseling field and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a public or private child welfare social services setting, or specific experience working with transition age youth who are 18 to 25 years of age
• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements (background clearance, TB test, etc.)

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the program in obtaining operational, contractual, budgetary, Joint Commission, safety, practice, and policy standards.
• Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and develop direct reports per agency guidelines.
• Manage the implementation of Best Practice and Quality Assurance efforts.
• Work in partnership with other Aspiranet program leaders to support shared operational, administrative and programmatic functions.
