The Coalition for Responsible Community Development in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager/Intake Specialist to support homeless transition aged youth. You will determine eligibility and provide case management, ensuring youths have access to vital resources including housing and education.

This full-time role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. A salary range of $50,000-$55,000 annually is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of community resources and quality control processes.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Competence with computers and software programs.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility of clients enrolling with CRCD.
• Provide case management services and connect youths to resources.
• Conduct outreach and marketing for Ruth’s Place services.

Skills

Knowledge of database management

Excellent organization

Bilingual in English/Spanish

Ability to work on multiple projects
