Job summary

Children’s Law Center is seeking a TAY Case Manager to support transition aged youth in the dependency system, aiding access to services, advocacy, and overall well-being. You will collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure holistic care and successful transitions to adulthood.

The position is a 6-month contract (Oct 2026–Mar 2027) in California, with a pay rate of $25.00–$38.95 per hour. Local driving may be required to visit clients and attend hearings.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 60 college units in Social Work or related field required.
• Excellent interviewing and client relationship building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written reports.

Responsibilities

• Work with TAY clients on EFC Court caseload.
• Visit clients to support attorney and build trust with clients.
• Meet regularly with supervisor to review caseload and status.
