Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in tax transformation, operations, or related fields.
• Proven product ownership with vision, roadmap, and benefits realization.
• Experience introducing AI into business processes with governance.
• Understanding of data lineage, controls, and monitoring for tax workflows.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multi‑workstream programs.
• Strong judgment, accountability, and delivery in high‑risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a multi‑year vision and roadmap for digital tax transformation.
• Act as product owner for strategic tax platforms and define outcomes and adoption plans.
• Lead discovery and target‑state design across tax documentation and reporting.
• Redesign workflows to reduce manual effort while preserving tax judgment.
• Digitize document‑intensive processes with AI, workflow orchestration, and governance.
• Define AI strategy distinguishing productivity, decision support, and knowledge agents.
• Build and prioritize an AI use‑case portfolio with measurable value and risk controls.
• Lead pilots and proofs of concept with clear hypotheses and evidence.
• Drive adoption through training, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coach teams in product thinking, data literacy, and responsible AI practices.
