Qualifications

• Advanced degree and professional qualifications in tax or related fields.
• Extensive experience in multinational tax leadership and governance.
• Experience in complex, regulated global environments, preferably healthcare tech.

• Lead tax strategy for Diagnostics through separation and standalone readiness.
• Establish governance and decision rights to support standalone operations.
• Oversee global tax compliance, reporting, and audits.
• Own transfer pricing policy and align with supply chain and operations.
• Build and scale a global tax organization with external partners.
