Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager to join our State and Local Tax (SALT) practice in the United States. The role focuses on delivering tax technology solutions for multinational clients, including ERP tax module implementations and data-driven process optimizations, with emphasis on indirect tax.

You will lead engagements, collaborate with partners and senior managers, and develop training materials for SUT, VAT, and related technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience implementing indirect tax technology solutions (North America/global).
• Experience with ERP tax modules: SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Workday.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA/EA/JD/LLM or approved credential by firm.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Visio skills for data analysis and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Provide client facing service for global indirect tax tech needs and requirements.
• Assist in preparing responses to client proposal requests and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare and deliver SUT and VAT technology trainings for external and internal audiences.
• Support practice marketing, engagement administration and client billing.
• Identify and develop new and existing client relationships and internal networks.
