Qualifications

• 3+ years of state government experience

• 6+ years of data mapping
• 6+ years of business process testing & improvement
• 6+ years of process & procedure documentation
• 6+ years of creating statements of work, change orders, and software modification requests

Responsibilities

• Provide presentations, documentation, and reports for use as software change orders or statements of work for modifications to software.
• Provide documentation and training for changes to business processes.
• Apply oral and written communication skills; demonstrate facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and ensure timely follow-up.
• Write clear emails and reports; work independently within guidelines.
