Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Tax Senior or Supervisor in Dublin, OH to lead and mentor a growing tax practice. You will review complex returns, manage engagements from planning to delivery, and work with partners and clients on sophisticated tax matters.

The ideal candidate has a CPA/EA/JD and 4–7+ years of public accounting tax experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to develop staff and drive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA, EA, or JD required.
• 4–7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Lead tax engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Research and resolve complex federal and state tax issues.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic advisory support to clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships and ongoing tax matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior staff.
• Review workpapers, provide coaching, and support team development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership and specialists on advanced tax issues.
• Participate in business development, networking, and market visibility efforts.
