Tom Trese Networking LLC, a wealth management firm expanding into tax services, seeks an experienced Tax Practice Manager in Flagstaff, AZ. You will lead client engagements, oversee tax preparation and strategy, and drive efficient practice management.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and 5+ years in tax preparation, including complex returns for families and business clients. Master in taxation is a plus; strong communication and project management are essential.

Formación

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Master's in taxation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct client consultations, onboarding, and provide strategic tax advice.
• Oversee individual (1040), trust (1041), partnership (1065), and S-Corp (1120S) filings for accuracy and compliance.
• Standardize workflows and leverage technology to improve processes and client experience.
• Provide monthly training for advisory staff on tax strategies and updates.
• Offer hourly bookkeeping and reconciliation services to support clients' records.
