The firm is seeking an experienced Tax Practice Manager to lead this new area, focusing on client relationships, tax strategy, and efficient practice management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Conduct client consultations, manage onboarding, and provide strategic tax advice.
2. Tax Preparation: Oversee individual (1040), trust (1041), partnership (1065), and S-Corp (1120S) filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Process Optimization: Standardize workflows, leverage technology to improve processes, and enhance client experience.
4. Cross-Training: Provide monthly training for advisory staff on tax strategies and tax law updates.
5. Bookkeeping Services: Offer hourly bookkeeping and reconciliation services to support clients' financial records.

Qualifications:
