Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG) seeks a Head of Tax for the B2B division to build an operational tax infrastructure and lead indirect tax strategy across a fast-growing platform environment. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and B2B leadership, directing a US-based advisory team and coordinating with India CoE and global tax functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of substantial knowledge in tax.
• Extensive indirect tax experience in platform, or e-commerce environments.
• Experience in international environment and in a matrix organisation.
• Strong transfer pricing understanding.
• Familiarity with US tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate with a highly operational mindset to support a fast-moving CEO & CFO and execute on new initiatives.
• Design and implement a robust, operational tax infrastructure.
• Take ownership of indirect tax strategy for the B2B platform and oversee tax advisory projects.
• Align with global tax teams including transfer pricing, tax technology and CoE compliance across US, Europe, India and Thailand.
• Partner with CFO and CEO at VP level and deliver results directly for leadership.
• Build and drive your own tax strategies with autonomy.
