Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Direct Tax Manager, B2B, in a hybrid role based in the U.S. You will lead global direct tax advisory work, collaborate with Product, Commercial, Legal and IT teams, and build scalable tax processes from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires strong English communication, 8+ years of direct tax experience, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. A competitive base salary and equity are offered in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax Economics/Law, Accounting, Finance or related field; graduate taxation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess Direct tax position and interpret business models.
• Analyze implications and define requirements for programs/products, implementing them in internal systems.
• Research global Direct tax developments and adjust processes to ensure compliance.
• Manage Direct tax projects and ensure timely launches with tax compliance.
