The Agency in Dallas, TX seeks a Manager of Tax Strategy to lead strategic tax initiatives within the Wealth Planning team. You will advise advisors, educate teams, engage with clients, and shape planning strategies for a high-net-worth clientele.

This role offers remote work flexibility and partnership with wealth planning professionals to enhance overall financial planning outcomes.

Qualifications

• CPA is required; CFP preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of tax preparation or audit experience, with UHNW familiarity.
• Experience developing and communicating tax mitigation strategies.
• Experience auditing complex personal and business tax returns.

Responsabilités

• Act as internal tax authority advising on returns and planning strategies.
• Develop tax-focused content for clients and prospects.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting high-net-worth clients and communicate updates.
• Create training materials and educational resources on tax planning.
• Assist wealth planning with checklists, decision trees, and process guides.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings to provide tax planning expertise.
• Support sourcing and evaluation of third-party tax advisors.
• Contribute to broader wealth planning initiatives.
