Responsibilities

• Consider tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Research complex tax issues and write technical memos.
• Assist with international tax structuring and operational issues.
• Prepare tax returns and engage with clients.
• Write internal and external tax alerts on current developments.
• Facilitate internal tax education functions.
• Handle tax aspects of transactions.
• Deepen tax knowledge through exposure to service lines.
