Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA overall.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, eligible to sit for CPA exam in the state of employment.
• Intern positions are entry-level; typically third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies
• Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and compliance documents
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize positions and minimize risks
• Engage in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance
• Conduct tax research to support consulting projects
• Collaborate to develop tax models and structures for clients
• Assist in preparing tax provisions and audits to validate compliance
• Observe and learn from experienced tax professionals
• Apply data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization
• Support development of regulatory compliance strategies for diverse industries
