You will assist in preparing corporate tax returns, analyzing regulations, and supporting international and multistate tax planning, under guidance of experienced professionals. This internship offers exposure to a dynamic tax practice and opportunities to develop analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Participating in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Assisting in the analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engaging in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
• Conducting tax research to support consulting projects and provide innovative solutions.
