Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Support tax teams in delivering tax advice and planning strategies.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance tasks.
• Conduct tax research and develop models/structures for clients.
• Observe and learn from PwC tax professionals to develop skills.
