You will drive tax planning, manage a team of tax professionals, and coordinate with finance, CFO and legal to align tax with business goals.

The role requires CPA, 10+ years in corporate/partner tax, and strong knowledge of GAAP and tax provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate and partnership tax, including leadership.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax laws, tax provision and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee state and federal tax strategy and compliance for multiple entities.
• Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the organization's tax position.
• Manage and mentor tax staff; coordinate with C-suite, legal and finance teams.
• Represent the company during audits and inquiries by regulators.
