Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, multi-entity accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• High degree of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate annual tax return preparation for multiple entities and filings with external agencies.
• Ensure financial reporting is prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidated reporting across all entities.
• Assist in overseeing treasury operations, liquidity management, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
• Lead process improvements and strengthening of internal controls.
• Collaborate with Property Accounting to support overall operations.
