Job summary

Candidates should have 10+ years in tax, CPA/EA/attorney credentials, and a strong track record in consulting, strategy, and client relationships within a national firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred.
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• CPA, Attorney or EA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client compliance with authorities while minimizing tax and reporting burdens.
• Manages engagements to achieve engagement management metrics.
• Hands-on client service delivery and adherence to firm policies (TQM).
• Identify complex issues and provide research methodology for efficient resolution.
• Advise clients and develop strategies to maximize benefits and reduce taxes.
