Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete Jackson Hewitt Customer Service Associate training.
• Greet clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Learn the basics of preparing a Tax Return.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate client flow throughout the process.
• Input sensitive data into our proprietary software accurately.
