Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is hiring Customer Service Associates for the 2026 tax season in Warner Robins, Macon, Fort Valley, Perry, and Americus offices. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement to help thousands of taxpayers navigate filing their taxes this season.

Responsibilities include completing training, greeting clients professionally, learning tax return basics, scheduling appointments, and accurately inputting client data into our proprietary software.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Basic knowledge of computer functions and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Complete training as a Jackson Hewitt Customer Service Associate.
Greet clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Learn the basics of preparing a Tax Return.
Schedule Tax Preparer appointments and manage client flow.
Input sensitive client data and tax documents into our software accurately.
Answer phones and resolve client issues.
Maintain a clean and inviting workplace.
