EY is seeking a Senior Services Manager for the FSO EDGE Private practice in the United States. You will deliver tax compliance and consulting to private entities and high-net-worth individuals, leading engagements and coordinating specialists across teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in tax services, CPA/EA or licensed attorney credentials, and strong leadership and client-management skills to drive complex tax outcomes across federal and state taxes within a hybrid client-serving model.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
CPA, EA or licensed attorney required.
Minimum of 8 years in a professional services or tax services organization in the financial services industry.
Broad exposure to federal income taxation and exposure to state and local tax.
Proficient in the use of various tax and accounting technologies.

Responsibilities

Deliver and manage compliance and consulting delivery services to meet deadlines for client deliverables.
Lead projects and work independently, with guidance only on the most complex situations.
Manage communications with client tax liaisons and trust administration teams to gather information and support timely tax reporting.
Support effective long-term client relationships and manage workflow.
Manage engagement deliverables and team resources to achieve timely, accurate delivery and engagement economics.
Advise on complex tax matters, set expectations, and coordinate daily work activities.
Review staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
