Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
CPA, EA or licensed attorney.

Proficient in tax and accounting technologies.

Responsibilities

Deliver and manage compliance and consulting delivery to meet client deadlines.
Lead projects and work independently with guidance mainly in complex cases.
Coordinate with client tax liaisons and teams to gather information for timely tax statements and returns.
Support long-term client relationships and manage workflow.
Oversee engagement deliverables and team resources for timely, accurate tax services.
Provide direction on complex tax matters and assign tasks to staff.
Review work for accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
Coach and provide feedback to team members.
